Overview

Freight fraud continues to evolve faster than many organizations can respond. While awareness is growing, the industry still lacks consistent education, trusted processes, coordinated communication channels, and clear guidance on where to turn when fraud occurs.

This invitation-only roundtable brings together Freight Fraud Prevention Hub (FFPH) Partners, industry leaders, technology providers, carriers, shippers, law enforcement, and subject matter experts to identify what the transportation industry needs next, and to directly support the development of standards and solutions that strengthen trust and resilience across the supply chain.

The goal is simple: identify actionable priorities that will accelerate the industry’s ability to detect, prevent, and respond to freight fraud.

Participants will discuss:

  • The biggest gaps in freight fraud education today;
  • Best practices and operational processes organizations need to prevent fraud;
  • Resources, tools, and guidance the Freight Fraud Prevention Hub should develop next;
  • How industry stakeholders can better communicate emerging threats and share intelligence; and
  • What organizations, agencies, and stakeholders are missing from the current ecosystem.

The session will help shape the future direction of the Freight Fraud Prevention Hub and identify collaborative opportunities to strengthen industry-wide fraud prevention efforts.

Outcome: A prioritized roadmap of industry needs, content opportunities, partnership gaps, and collaborative initiatives that can help make freight fraud harder to commit and easier to prevent.

This is a moderated session by NMFTA.
